Who said sneakerheads get to have all the fun? For the launch of Outer’s newest product line, we ran a limited product drop to celebrate the new collection inspired by the elegant movement of luxury automotive design — and sold out in 48 hours.

Not so heavy metal.

Objective: Successfully launch Outer’s third product, the Aluminum Collection, to drive sales.

Solution: Created an exclusive and buzzworthy “product drop” campaign called Dark Mode with limited marketing to build hype around a new limited product to drive demand. 

Result: Sold out of product in less than 48 hours resulting in $400k sales, 10M impressions, & press. The Aluminum Collection is now the #1 seller for Outer since its launch resulting in a large portion of the company’s revenue.
